Paper to CAD

Converting your hand drawn or archive paper scans into Digital formats.

We convert your hand-drawn or archived documents into digital formats such as DWG, RVT, ArchiCAD, dxf, dgn, etc. for more information, see the technical specifications on the Service page.

After scanning and vectorizing your documents, we manually redraw the image into fully editable CAD formats.

Measuring & 3D-Scanning

We provide fast and accurate ways to measure your existing area.

Our team will prepare for you the most accurate as-built plans, sections and elevations, which will form the basis for a redesign of the building. We can also provide you documents about the damaged elements in the building.

Point Cloud to 3D/2D

We convert raw point-clouds into CAD files for your further editing.

Our team will accurately trace the raw point-cloud-data and make them into accurate CAD files in 2D or 3D in the shortest amount of time.

Building Simulation in BIM

Creating a BIM simulation based on your data for better collaboration

Based on the measurements, we produce an accurate 3D Modell in BIM so you can share and coordinate with all the specialist planners as fast and accurate as possible.

Area & Volume Calculation

Area & volume calculations based on the provided data

We can export the exact areas and volumes of your project into sheets and lists, which contains all required characteristic values based on DIN standards. (e.g. NRF, BGF, etc,).
